    Edit and send emails using SalesLogix's template technology, effectively eliminating a learning curve. By simply copying from the base template, you create as many versions as desired. Sending is simply a matter of using the Mail Merge features you're already accustomed to.

    HELP Solutions has the experience to utilize a variety of techniques to ensure that your Contact Verifier webpage looks just like your company website - even if your website is hosted somewhere else.

    Within the webpage, any field can be used that relates to a contact. For example, phone numbers can be updated for both the contact and account. Built-in data types such as date, picklist (single and multi-select), and phone number make the customer experience a pleasant one.

    No update process would be complete without a thorough record of what has been updated. The Contact Verifier automatically logs when a request is made for a contact to review their information. Additionally, updates are logged as history records with specific details on the field changed, the old value, and the new value. The SalesLogix fields can easily be incorporated into groups to manage the Contact Verification process.
